Barbara has knowledge in every aspect of asset marketing, management and liquidation and is both locally and nationally recognized. Barbara currently works on the Bonnette Auctions team. She was named the 2006 International Women’s Auctioneer Champion and also the 2000 Louisiana State Champion Auctioneer. She is a graduate of Nashville Auction School, graduate of Certified Auctioneers Institute (which is equal to a Masters degree in Auctioneering) from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Barbara is a licensed real estate agent and is a certified accredited auctioneer.
WILL McLEMORE, CAI

Will McLemore has sold more than $60 million of real estate and personal property at auction. A native of Nashville, Mr. McLemore holds a BA from Yale University in New Haven, CT. He studied auctioneering at the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, NC; and then went on to work in the Contemporary Art department at Sotheby’s in New York. Mr. McLemore served as a salesperson with J. P. King Auction Company in Gadsden, Alabama from 1999 until his promotion to Regional Vice-President in 2003. With J. P. King, Mr. McLemore arranged several of its high-profile sales including the sale of Barbara Mandrell’s home, Fontanel, among others. During 2005 and 2006, Mr. McLemore developed a real estate auction division for the world’s largest industrial auction company, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. During his tenure, Mr. McLemore grew sales in the United States from zero in 2004 to more than $15 million in 2006.

Jeff Messer is a nationally known real estate educator for 33 yrs, consultant, coach, motivational speaker, broker & professional auctioneer. Jeff is a TREC approved Instructor and has taught thousands of students as a Professor of Real Estate on a College level since 1986. He has served with great firms like Ebby Halliday, C21, Remax, Keller Williams and is currently the Broker in Charge and principal Auctioneer of Great Western Auction & Appraisal Services with offices in Myrtle Beach, SC Asheville, NC & Dallas, Tx. Great Western specializes in marketing real estate through auction . Jeff holds multiple degrees, designations and licenses in multiple states and is a regular favorite speaker at national, state, and local conventions. His enthusiastic, inspirational, and educational style has been his trademark since he began his speaking career at age 15.

Jason is a full-time professional auctioneer and a licensed real estate agent with Kaufman Realty & Auctions. Jason specializes in benefit & charity auctions, farm, ranch & livestock, along with real estate and land. Jason recently helped establish the new Cambridge, Ohio office for Kaufman Realty & Auctions. In July of 2014 a dream came true for Jason. He was crowned winner of the men’s National Auctioneers Association 27th International Auctioneer Championship. Jason went head to head with 74 contestants and emerged on top.

Nicholls is President of Nicholls Auction Marketing Group, Inc., and oversees all day to day operations of the company. A second generation auctioneer, he is a graduate of Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC, with a BA in Psychology and a MS in Personnel Services. In 1990, John graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. John currently conducts over 300 auctions per year for Fortune 500 companies and is a licensed Realtor. John is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Virginia Auctioneers Association where he has served on the Board of Directors, numerous committees, and is currently President. He also serves as a featured instructor at the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA, and has instructed at Reppert’s School of Auctioneering in Auburn, IN. John is also one of the auctioneers at the prestigious Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction.

Brian Rigby, CAI, AARE, has been serving the auction industry professionally for over 30 years. He is one of a very limited number of auctioneers who holds the prestigious designations of CAI, Certified Auctioneers Institute, and AARE, Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate. Serving the Auction Industry since 1975, Brian’s company, BA Rigby & Associates has successfully conducted auctions in 32 states, as well as in Canada and Europe.
